        THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW..

        • The billing cycle for megaTEL and megaENERGY is from the 1st day to end of each month.
        • It is your liability to check the contract and penalty with your current service provider, and after switching you must contact to close the account.
        • In the event of moving house we require 7 days notification. Minimum $60 installation charge applies.
        • Any service cancellation during the installation process may result a termination fee with one month charge.
        • Cancellation during the contract term will incur full charge of early termination penalty for each service.
        • Currently, UFB service and megaENERGY service are only available in Auckland region. If you move to another city, an early termination fee applies.
        • You are solely responsible for your monthly data usage, and we charge $5 per every 2G for overused data after given usage.
        • 5% penalty applies for any late payment. Legal action can be taken without notice for debtors over 90 days.
