What is All Inclusive / Anytime rate? *

'All Inclusive' rates apply to the properties with Ripple Control installed between the hot water cylinder and electricity meter. Depending on the area within Auckland, a Ripple Control is used by Vector (United Networks) as it acts as a safety barrier for sudden surges of electricity.

'Anytime' rates apply to the properties with no Ripple Control is installed and electricity is continuously supplied all the way to the hot water cylinder.

What is daily / variable charge? *

Daily chage is electricity charge based on every day consumed, and variable charge is based on every kWh consumed.
