If you got your mobile device from us or are transferring from Spark network, it will work fine. If you are unsure whether the device supports Megatel network, please check the device compatibility here with your IMEI number before you join us or when you change your device while you are using our service.

Method 2 : Checking from your mobile device settings.

iOS devices: Settings > General > About
Basic Phones: Tools & Settings > About Phone > Status
Step 2. Enter your IMEI Number below.
* IMEI is 14~15 digits. Enter digits only.
