This promotion provides a $20 discount per month on Broadband if you sign up for Broadband service together with Electricity and Gas. If you sign up for Broadband and Electricity only, you will receive a discount of $15 per month on your Broadband service.
- To be eligible for this promotion, all of the services must be connected at the same residential address, and within one month period from the date you signed your application.
- This promotion is only available for Fibre Broadband service.
- The final Broadband price with the promotional discount will vary, depending on the Broadband Speed Plan you select.
- A VoIP (Internet phone) service cannot be selected with this promotion. You may also need to purchase a DSL router/modem if you move to an address where UFB service is not available.
- This promotion comes with a 24 month contract. Early Termination Fee of $299 applies if any of the services are disconnected prior to the contract end date.
- If Gas service is cancelled during the contract period because you move to an address where Natural Gas is not available, Early Termination Fee will not be charged. However, your discount will change to $15 for the remaining contract period.
- Your service prices will return to the standard price after the contract and promotion have ended. We highly recommend you to contact us before your contract ends to sign up for a new promotion.
- There is a one-off $15 delivery fee to deliver a Premium Mesh WiFi 2 pack device to you.
