Business Broadband Single Saver Promotion

This Business Broadband Single Saver promotion provides you with a $10+gst discount per month on our standard Broadband pricing if you sign up for our Broadband service together with Landline on a 24-month fixed-term contract.


Please note that:

  • - This promotion is only available for new or existing business broadband customers using a Fibre Broadband service.

Eligibility

1. To be eligible for this promotion you must meet the following Eligibility Criteria:

  • a) you must meet our standard acceptance criteria and sign up broadband and landline together at your business address on a 24-month fixed term contract for both services; and
  • b) the sign-up must be completed via our Call Centre or one of our sales team members (i.e. sign-ups conducted online or via our door-to-door sales channel are excluded from this promotion).

Pricing and termination fees

2. Pricing:

  • a) Your monthly broadband price will depend on your selected download speed plan.
  • b) Your broadband service price will return to our standard price for your download speed plan after the 24-month discount period has ended.
  • c) This Promotion will end if you move to an address where Megatel fibre service is not available (subject to clause 5(b) below).

3. Add-on service charges (such as a static IP address) are not included in the promotional broadband price and will be charged on a monthly basis if selected.

4. Termination of Broadband service requires 30 days’ notice in advance. However, subject to clause 5 below, an early termination fee of $299 will apply if either service (broadband or landline) is terminated for any reason before the end of your 24-month contracted supply term.

5. If you move to a different address during your contracted service term, the early termination fee will not apply:

  • a) where you continue to take our service at your new address (in which case the fixed term contract will transfer to your new address); or
  • b) if your new address is where Megatel does not provide broadband services in New Zealand, and you provide us with reasonable evidence of your move (such as a lease agreement, settlement statement, or utility bill for the new address) within 30 days of your move-out date. The waiver will be granted at Megatel’s sole discretion upon verification of the provided documents.
  • c) If you are a new business broadband customer, we will supply you with a Premium WiFi Modem to you and there is a one-off $15 delivery charge. If you are an existing business broadband customer renewing your broadband supply contract on this promotion, a modem will not be provided unless your existing modem is confirmed by us as being out of warranty.

General

6. Standard acceptance criteria apply. Our standard installation / reconnection fees and additional service charges (published on our website) also apply. Additional charges include new and/or non-standard broadband installations or other items such as additional work performed by an approved technician. We will let you know if charges apply.

This promotion is only valid until 31 December 2025 and Megatel reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion without notice at any time.
