Terms and Conditions

Megatel Rewards is a loyalty program available through the MyMegatel App (“App”). With Megatel Rewards, you can earn points (“Points”) through various activities, such as timely bill payments or completing activities within the App. You can then redeem these points as cashback to pay your bill.

Megatel Say Hello To Ellie Reward allows eligible Megatel customers who participate in Megatel Rewards to earn Points by interacting with Ellie, our chatbot, through the App. Upon meeting the eligibility criteria outlined in the Megatel Rewards Terms and Conditions and these Terms, customers can earn Points for each interaction.

1. What is Say Hello To Ellie Reward?
Our Say Hello To Ellie Reward program enables Megatel customers who participate in Megatel Rewards to earn Points by interacting with Ellie, our chatbot, through the App. You can only earn Points if you meet the eligibility criteria in accordance with Megatel Rewards Terms and Conditions.

2. How It Works - Earning Points
Points earned through the Online Orders & Ticket Reward will be credited to your Megatel Rewards balance in the App upon successful completion.

• a) Points can be earned under our Say Hello To Ellie Reward program by interacting with our AI chatbot, Ellie through the App.
• b) Points will be credited to your Megatel Rewards balance in the App shortly after the conversation ends.
• c) Points you can earn from time to time will be set out in the App.

3. Lockout Period
The Say Hello To Ellie Reward can only be redeemed once every 90 days per customer account.

4. Other Terms
Points earned through this program cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another Megatel account, or exchanged for any other form of consideration.

• b) Megatel reserves the right to revoke any Points issued to you on reasonable grounds, such as you being involved in fraudulent activity or any form of dishonest behaviour, your account being in arrears or your breach of these Terms or the Megatel Rewards Terms and Conditions.
• c) Megatel reserves the right to modify or remove these Terms or the Megatel Rewards Terms and Conditions at its discretion.
• d) These Terms should be read in conjunction with Megatel Rewards Terms and Conditions, General Terms and Conditions and any additional terms and conditions that apply specifically to the services that you use.

Rewards Points will stop accruing after 28 February 2026. Any eligible points must be redeemed by 30 April 2026, after which any unused points will expire from 1 May 2026.
