This 3 Months Free Mobile Promotion provides a monthly mobile plan free for the first 3 months if you sign up for a new Megatel mobile connection and you sign up to (or are already using) our electricity service (and have that service connected) before 30 November 2025.

The supply of electricity and mobile services to customers under this promotion is in accordance with:

• Megatel's General Terms and Conditions;
• Megatel’s General Promotional Terms and Conditions;
• Megatel’s Energy Plan Special Terms;
• Megatel's Fair Use, Mobile Use, and Privacy Policies; and
• the following Promotion Terms.

If there is any conflict between these terms, the following Promotion Terms below will apply.

This promotion is available in conjunction with our MEGA Saver Promotion – but see clause [5] below.

Promotion Terms:

1. To be eligible for this promotion, you must:

• a) apply for a new mobile connection from Megatel or transfer from another provider before 30 November 2025; and
• b) join (or already be using) our electricity service on the same account before 30 November 2025.

Please note that if you are joining our electricity service, you must apply to have your electricity service connected with us before 30 November 2025.

2. The Promotion is not available:

• a) To any mobile number currently connected with Megatel or that has previously received a mobile promotion from us (including any swapped SIM).
• b) At our discretion, to any current or returning mobile customer who has previously received a mobile promotion from us on any number.

3. Multiple discounts on additional mobile numbers are available for the same account if the mobile numbers are all connected with Megatel before this promotion ends.

4. The standard monthly mobile price you will pay (after the first 3 months) will depend on your selected mobile plan. Please note that:

• a) Each new mobile connection signed up under this promotion will return to the standard monthly price for your selected plan after the 3-month discount period has ended.
• b) If you terminate either your electricity or mobile service during the 3-month discount period, this promotion will cease to apply. This means if you terminate either service:
  • within the first month, you will not receive any discount under this promotion and will instead be charged the standard monthly mobile price for your selected plan; or
  • within the second or third month, discounts under this promotion will end and you will be charged the standard monthly price for your selected plan in the second and/or third month (as applicable).

5. If you sign up MEGA Saver Promotion together with this promotion or are already in MEGA Saver Promotion, the MEGA Saver discounts will be applied only once your 3 Months Free Mobile Promotion ends. For example, if you are on the 4GB Endless Data Mobile Plan (standard price $39/month), you will pay $0 for the first three months, and then your MEGA Saver discount will start—reducing your monthly cost to $30 ($39 - $9 MEGA Saver discount).

6. There is a one-off $5 delivery fee to deliver a new Megatel SIM CARD to you.

This promotion is only valid until 20 November 2025 and may be withdrawn or amended at Megatel’s discretion without notice.
